Chef Daniel Castaño is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, who specializes in Italian cuisine and has worked in some of New York’s highly esteemed kitchens, like Babbo, Lupa, and Quality Meats. He has also worked in different kitchens around the world, which led him to Vera, an Italian inspired restaurant in Tcherassi Hotel + Spa in Cartagena de Indias.
