We asked Long Bar for a recipe they think best captures the essence of the Super Bowl. They handed us their recipe for “Manning Martini,” which was inspired by the Denver Broncos. This sure-fire Hall of Famer commands a drink that is both distinctive and timeless, so be sure to opt out of that beer and have a Manning Margarita instead!

Manning Margarita
1 ounce tequila
1 ounce Cointreau
½ ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
splash blue curacao
Ice
Lime peel (garnish)
Method
1. Pour tequila, Cointreau and lime juice in a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake it up until ice cold.
3. Pour into a chilled, salt rimmed martini glass.
4. Drop in lime peel and finish with a splash of blue curacao. Enjoy!
