Coffee is a significant part of households and offices everywhere. It’s also common to have left-over coffee in the container. Instead of leaving it to waste, why not save that coffee for an amazing beverage later? Now is the time to stock up on ice cube trays for coffee ice cubes. Genius, right?
Before the liquid energy becomes cold and stale, pour it into ice cube trays and store in the freezer. Once frozen, cover with plastic wrap or store cubes into a resealable plastic bag to avoid flavor changes.
Hot coffee can reach dangerous temperatures, so some people put an ice cube or two into their hot coffee to get it to the most comfortable temperature immediately. Unfortunately, that can water down that great cup-o-joe. Adding a coffee cube achieves optimum temperature without sacrificing taste.
This icy java can even be made into a delectable frozen treat.

3/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup milk (your choice)
3 Tbsp simple sugar (3 Tbsp water & 3 Tbsp sugar)
